Travel and Accommodations

Delegates are free to book their own travel and accommodations. Packages that include travel and accommodations will be offered for a fee.  FAAD is not responsible for any travel and accommodation misfortunes that are a responsibility of the service providers (airlines, hotel, etc.).

Cancellations and Refunds Requests 

You have the right to cancel your program visit at any time within 14 days of its commencement. If payments are made, you will receive a full refund. To cancel within 14 days please inform us in writing via the contact page on this website and select cancel visit option.

Cancellation by FAAD

Where there are good reasons to do so FAAD may cancel your course by giving you notice in writing at any time before the course is due to start. FAAD will refund all fees paid by you and will endeavour to offer a transfer to another course as an alternative, subject to payment or refund of any difference in purchase price.

Personal Data 

FAAD will collect and use information about you in accordance with GDPR principles that ensure that your data will only be used in a way which is fair, lawful and secure.

Conduct

You are required to observe and comply with the FAAD regulations applicable when on the FAAD premises and with the reasonable instructions of the FAAD staff. The regulations are made for the safety and comfort of all delegates as well as for the good management and operation. FAAD reserves the right to exclude any delegate (without compensation) if, in its reasonable view, the delegate’s behaviour or presence is disruptive to proper function.

No Trading

No soliciting or trading will take place on the FAAD premises without prior agreement in writing from the events team.
